Aw damn. Sorry to hear that. Well, if you're ever in the neighborhood, let's get a lane and I'll show you the true meaning of humility.

lol sounds good, ill hunt down the gear i still have left, should be in my buddies garage somewhere unless he threw em out. I'd be lucky to hit 150+ for a few games, but i think if i had a few games under my belt i could get close to 200.

My younger brother was a cocky SOB. He played a lot of little league and thought he was the best. Anyway, he and I wound up in the same PE class. I was a senior, he was a freshman. On this day, he was giving me shit and playing left field. On my last at bat, he played short and dared me to hit one over his head. Which I did. Probably the longest hit I ever had; I scored standing up. Of course, he swears he had me at home if the ball hadn't been dropped.:jerkoff:

Ill even bowl left handed(im a righty) to give X a chance

True story...

A guy in our league bowled right handed. Averaged close to 200, if I recall. Good bowler.

One season, decided to challenge himself and bowl lefty. I don't recall his average, but by season end was a good bowler left handed. Crazy.

I know! It was cool to see. He didn't care about his average. He just wanted to learn and accomplish something.

I don't remember what he did the following season. I might have been retired at that point. Either way, was a talented dude.

Another true story. Threw darts against a guy with no hands !!! You read that right, no hands. He held the darts between his two stumps and threw them like he was passing a basketball, from his chest out. Very good player, was rated AB (second to highest division) great guy also

I hope I don't sound like Al Bundy here. I was a pretty good HS athlete. Played everything,,, my best was basketball,,, I received D-1 offers to play b-ball in college. I had game winners and played against some guys that went on to play in the pros in b-ball (George Mccloud) and football (Sammy Smith)... and personally had to deal with them. But....

My most memorable moment was actually my most horrifying moment when it happened,,, but now when I think about it my heart melts.

It happened in football. We were at an away game at Lake Mary HS. My parents were there and they sat in the home section of the fieldfor some stupid reason... right up in front of the announcer's booth. I was fast as shit back in the day,,, played on both sides of the ball - RB and CB, sometimes safety and I returned punts.

The play happened when I was on defense. I knew the pass was going to their TE as soon as I saw it was going to be a pass. Big fucker at TE too. I cheated.... and the QB never looked away from his target... I jumped it and picked it off.

Here's were it gets funky. I did not want that big TE to get his hands on me more than I wanted to score... so I was running the other way almost before I picked it off. I had a clear path of 70 yards in front of me right down their sideline. I was blazing down the sideline in front of the team we were playing and I couldn't help but hear a women's voice coming across the loud speaker screaming, "That's my son,,, that's my son". The mic was left on in the announcer's booth.

Yes... it was MY Mom :wow:. So embarrassing at the time. Teammates would scream that out to me for the rest of the year. I think about how mad I was at her when it happened. Needless to say, my thoughts on the whole thing are completely different now.

Ridding the night section of the Baja 1000 when I was 18 and a few Supercrosses was kinda cool...

But what I savor most was getting 9 personal fouls as a Quaterback my senior year. I so earned those.

Good luck topping this one guys.

This is the winner.
