Can't argue with that!!

P.S. Absolutely love your avatar/picture.....Deacon Jones sacking Johnny Unitas is a classic shot. Many don't remember but the old Baltimore Colts were our main enemy (besides the lousy Whiners) for years as for some reason they were in our division even though separated by 3,000 miles.

The Rams had many an epic battle with them. Colt players like Tom Matte, Bubba Smith, John Mackey, Raymond Berry and Mike Curtis led to a physical brand of football that produced an intensity not seen as much in today's game.

Rams also got some good players from the Colts ... Charlie Stukes and John Williams.

Riley Leonard from Duke...You need to add him too above Nix & Ewers and maybe even Penix. Although it appears all Duke QB's look the same. Daniel Jones & Riley Leonard.

There was yet another Duke QB back in the day named Ben Bennett (I believe). It would be interesting to see what he looked like to further check out your Duke QB theory!

I totally remember DOCTOR John Williams. He went on to become a dentist (I believe) after he retired. Good O lineman that kept Roman upright and healthy!!!

You couldn't be more wrong about that. I never once felt terrible about that team. I knew we had the talent to win it all but just had to play more consistent. This team is devoid of that type of talent. I went to both home playoff games in person cheering my ass off for the Rams (got pics galore to prove that shit) and I actually wanted to play the Whiners cuz I knew we could beat that punk ass team's ass. Pretending to know how I felt about that team tells me you probably should stray from guessing how I feel about something and ask because I have no problem sharing it. To worry about what fans are more optimistic vs not as optimistic is pointless in my eyes because all fans regardless have one thing in common, we want our team to win it all. I was asked a question and I answered. Not apologizing if some, as you seem to be, are slighted in the least by my prediction. I'm always in the fuckin wagon win or lose. You are talking to a guy that still rocked all his Rams gear and repped during the dark years. Kinda shitty take to assume how I am.
Fair enough. I did say it was a guess, though.

So let me roll with the facts. You think this team is 'about as talented' as last year's Colts, Cardinals, Bears, Texans and not as good as the Broncos or Raiders? Or 2021's Jets, Jaguars, Texans, Giants, Lions but not as good as the Bears or Panthers? Okay. Now I don't want to assume, but it sounds like you believe this team is really shitty. But you did say, you'd be glad to be wrong. I'm thankful for that! And FWIW, I'm sure you are.

I know a lot of fans who want their team to win it all. Loyal fans. Some don't over react to negativity. Yet some do. Different strokes is good for the group.

I think the offense will be better than last years, but the defense....

Opposing teams will be able to play the clock and score, so it really really comes down to our offense.
Do we have anything other than Stafford to Kupp?

I'm not gonna compare the Rams to other past teams that sucked because that doesn't matter for this year. I believe our offense will have to unfortunately carry this team to most victories as I believe our defense is going to have trouble stopping most teams. AD can only do so much for us and most offenses will have plenty of young players to attack to limit AD's effectiveness. This is why I believe we'll have a bad record. We also really have a lot of unanswered questions about our o-line, but I'm guessing they'll be better than last year. With McVay as coach, I can however envision a lot close losses. Young players gotta learn to win and that's not always easy in the NFL. As always, I will be glad to be wrong. In fact, I want to be so wrong we win the Superbowl hahaha

It remains to be seen but we had nothing a year ago and won 5 games.

This is where the disconnect lies between myself and the 3 win crowd.

Crow will be served early. The Grill is starting up.

I just don’t get it The Rams offense WILL have The Most Total Yards ever under Sean Mcvay for a season.

If we do tank this season I'd like to be 2-15 with a clean sweep of the shitters. Make it happen McVay.
YOUR SO F””KED UP ,but shows what a true ram fan u r.

Little man(boy),that shows what a small pp 1 has.

BTW - it really shows how poor some evaluations & lack of football knowledge that’s out there.

Seeing Mcvay’s enthusiasm
about The Rams getting Troy Reeder back is really cool.
