Yeah, British food is a bit odd to the American palate.
But, they do chocolate and sweets (and beer) generally better in my opinion.
But breakfast......naw.

I like crispy bacon and sunny side up eggs with crispy hash browns and biscuits smothered in sausage gravy.
But my wife makes something special on Christmas morning. She makes an omelette with Bacon spinach and four kinds of cheese including a little cream cheese. And it's delicious.

Its been a while and I've evolved a little...

I now have several kinds of eggs available to me. Chicken(standard and bantam), duck, guinea, turkey and goose. They are all great, but duck is my go-to.

I've found that a fried duck egg, broken yolk at the end ...some fries chorizo....some shredded cheese and some salsa on a tortilla or even toast....my word. It's so good. So much flavor.

Still picking Biscuits and Gravy 9 out of 10....but that combo is a great one.

Hey Juggsy, just stay away from goose eggs on game day.
