LOS was the 21. Second punt occurred almost exactly on the 21 yard line. Was extremely close as to whether 2nd punt was behind LOS or not.

Can we get a replay of the second punt and the line of scrimmage where it happened.

His back leg was at the 21 yardline but the leg he kicked it with was about a half yard past the 21.

No the line of scrimmage was the 21. The problem or issue was his back leg was planted on the 21 but his kicking leg was a little bit passed it. I don't know if the new rule judges the plant leg or the kicking leg?
