Rapp is so good playing close to the line. love him there.Does he take over the LB/S role in sub packages or will Rapp be there?
Love this pick. Solid playmaker...tough tackler. He can play the slot corner or free safety. Like that versatility
FS/ nickel. My guess is he plays slot on run downs and moves to safety on passing situations.Does he take over the LB/S role in sub packages or will Rapp be there?
He will most likely cover in the Slot when the Rams use the Big Nickel package ; 3 Safeties.Does he take over the LB/S role in sub packages or will Rapp be there?
Yes! Agreed. Rams may have the best Secondary in the NFC West now. And, if they can snag CB Reggie Robinson from Tulsa in the late rounds, I'll say it may compete as one the best in the NFC.Jalen Ramsey
David Long
John Johnson
Terrell Burgess
Taylor Rapp
Can't wait to see Kyler Murray and Russell Wilson run around and NOT find holes any more. Let's freaking go.
Burgess is a big upgrade over M. Christian.Rapp is so good playing close to the line. love him there.
Christian, who had a pretty solid year, is gone of course.
Don’t know anything about this guy but Snead has surely been able to identify DB talent.
Good post. I remembering all the grumbling when JJ was selected.I remember when we picked John Johnson, a lot of us, including myself, weren't so sure about that pick. Burgess has a lot in common with John. John is a bit bigger, but Burgess is a better athlete. Both have legitimate man cover skills and are versatile safeties. Burgess can play split or single high (although, he's only competent as a single high), he can play in the box, or he can cover the slot. He's a useful piece as a third safety.
