Thank you for taking some of your time out of your busy schedule to come here and answer our questions. Very awesome!!!!

Congrats on the win against the Jags, was a much needed win and glad you guys played so good.

My question is about after a win or loss. Is it any different during the week following a loss rather than a win? Is morale different? Do coaches act the same whether it is a win or loss?

I'm guessing going to practice is much easier to look forward to rather than following a loss, just curious if there are any differences.

There is a saying in the NFL: "never get too high after a win or too low after a loss". Through out the course of a 17 week season every team has their share of ups and downs but you have to constantly come to work with a plan to get better at something and that's the attitude that we have as a team every week.
