I prefer AD rip off helmets instead of throwing punches. My first thought when I saw AD holding 2 helmets, he can't break his hand if he is holding a helmet.

I looked at the video, and it was really hard to see what happened since it was so far away. I could see that AD swung the helmet and it hit one of the Bengal players with a loud smack, not sure where it hit him though, maybe on the shoulder pads.

I have stayed away from all sports media today to avoid aggravation, I can only imagine. Just ignore gents it isn't worth the aggravation. Maybe the 1's should only go at each other for 1 of the 2 days. This just doesn't play out well over a 2 day period in many circumstances.
