We should be 5-0 absolutely handing the other team victories time and time again.

Kyren fumbles when we have the game won...

Again we get a kick blocked or else we would have been ahead.

We never should have lost the two games we lost.

Finding ways to lose.
That's the exact opposite of a championship team. Which clearly we aren't even close to being.

To everyone blaming McVay on the final play, I was okay with that play call. If he did something different and it failed we would all have been screaming, just run the ball, keep it simple. Your players have to execute. That SF team was injured coming into the game and lost 2 defensive linemen during the game (I know 1 was ruled out, unsure if the others came back). Your players have to execute, and particularly against a unit largely of backups. This offensive line NEVER gets push when the opposition knows we are running. And even if we had 0 push, KW needs to get that 1st down after fumbling at the goal line.

I would like for the Rams to work in Hunter, and if he is good, send a message by just cutting KW and moving on entirely. Too many fumbles and always at back breaking moments. No breakaway speed. If we can move on from Gurley's contract we can move on from KW.

Man that is disappointing as hell. Lot of room for improvement. There are some positives I’m sure but none of them are really jumping out at me.

Tell the man what he's won...
2nd prize is a set steak knives. 3rd prize is you are fired. If you wanna work here...close.

I love our defense but man oh man did Shula get absolutely bent over by an inferior starting 11 on the other side. Talent gap didn’t matter because Shanny’s gameplan just absolutely demolished our D.

Shula's game plan let it demolish our D. We knew exactly what they were going to do, because it's what they always do when they beat us in the McVay era. And Shula's gameplan was absolutely perfect for letting them do it. Completely inexcusable.

I do wonder sometimes. We never seem to blow out anyone anymore, even when we are clearly the superior team. And every game is full of headscratchers from him it seems like.

Last Sunday was exciting against the Colts, but we could have won that easier. We definitely could have won tonight if our playcallers on both sides of the ball didn't have their heads up their ass at critical times (McVay) or for most of the game (Shula - this was his worst effort as DC).

Simply no excuse for us to lose to a team that is this banged up and was coming off a loss to Jacksonville. And the buck stops with the head coach.
McVay has been so Stafford reliant since we traded for him that his bag of tricks has completely evaporated. Remember when we used to run fake punts?

The lack of focus on the Oline and CB has most likely destroyed our chance to win another one for Stafford.

Without mentioning all the other crap spotting them 14 points......

Winning is great

A tie feels complicated

Losing really sucks worse than winning feels great.

In that position you better damn well have the play that will get you a yard.

It just feels shitty feeling like you have a team that should most likely win this game and then shit the bed.

And Whiner fans just SUCK!!!

the defensive game plan was bad....

But in the past the 49ners beat us by running the ball down our throat with big plays on play action.

They relied almost entirely on the pass tonight... which was a new thing tbh.

Our FUCKING kicking game is the only reason we are not 5-0.
Well, that soft defense early did not help this game. All their top receivers were out. So..................... they had to throw it short to start out the game. And we played back, soft and let them have two time consuming TD drives early.
Get it fixed Sean.
Its the blocking with the o'line. They are getting smashed quicker than a fucking high school team at this point!

People will continue to laugh or “not so sure” you to death but I’m personally not so sure about McVay anymore. Sorry to say but Dan Campbell and the Lions would have came out and crushed that team by 30. Sean doesn’t have that fire anymore to blow teams out. Hasn’t in a long time.

The positives I can think of: Stafford again looks clutch, Puka as reliable as ever, Tutu Atwell is showing his value, Landman looks good. Sadly the list of negatives is far, far longer. I guess you could add Ferguson in his limited snaps looked good.

49ners pretty much have the division locked now.

Their schedule is beyond easy.
Meh. You can win on the road in the playoffs and you can win as a lower seed. The issue is not so much where the Rams finish for me, but rather, how many glaring issues the team has.

Worst loss since the 2020 game vs the Jets. Someone has to be fired. And frankly it made me not care much about the rest of the season. We aren’t good enough this year and we wasted Stafford.

Actually this is virtually the same loss we had to the Niners in LA in 2020. Just Nick Mullens instead of Mac Jones
