Well since Brady is the norm, Rams should just draft a future HOF QB in the 6th round then, right?Stafford’s had his injuries, more than Aaron. Brady lost a full year to an ACL. Main point is Brady played well past 40 and productive for the most part. Aaron played productive up til 40, then not so great IN his 40's. Stafford’s got another 3 elite years in him EASY with this Coach, this team.
Pointing to an anomaly as some sort of proof of validation is a bit silly.
Manning, (both Eli and Peyton) saw their game go to total shit at age 37/38 when father time reared his head, likewise Matt Ryan and countless QB's before. Now we are expecting Stafford, who in the past 3 offseason had potential career ending injuries to his elbow, neck and back, has found the fountain of youth?
Nobody WANTS Stafford to retire, some of us just want to discuss how the Rams can stay out of the QB purgatory they went thru between Warner and #9 when he does hang em up
A 1st round pick gives the team 5 years to be prepared, and each year Staff sticks around is another year of QB education that cant be learned elsewhere
