While I’ll agree Marshall is the prototype modern day RB, the gold standard, really, I’d like to put ED behind this OL.Gimme Merlin Olsen,..... Wait.... London Fletcher......... Wait...... Jalen Ramsey....
Gotta be Faulk.... I was gonna say ED, but in today's game, Faulk would be the absolute perfect back
Without a doubt, Marshall Faulk.Gimme Merlin Olsen,..... Wait.... London Fletcher......... Wait...... Jalen Ramsey....

Imagine him in a McVay offense! It'd be unfair.Without a doubt, Marshall Faulk.
If you're thinking a deep threat to stretch-the-field ... Harold JacksonI’d have to say Flipper Anderson.
There was a three year period when Marshall had almost a 1000 yards receiving and 1300+ yards rushing. Don't believe Gurley ever did that.In his prime? Gurley. Size, speed, power, elusiveness, intelligence, pass catching, blocking, great stiff arm... If not for the knee issue, maybe the most complete back we've ever had and it's been an incredible position for us.
Can't help but wonder what may have been if he'd been able to play for ten years.
