DRAFT Where do you stand on QB Ty Simpson?

As we sit here Monday, its gonna be Wideout at 13.

Not to mention, people need to hear Simpson talking about the character and team player attributes his Father drilled into him at a young age that has carried all the way through.

I'm starting to think the Simpson/Rams connection, however slight it may be, originated while we still had Pick 29 in addition to pick 13. Pick the Receiver at pick 13 then the "spec" pick Simpson at 29, a spot he is more apropot for anyway. Seems since we traded away the pick there's been way less smoke between us and Ty. And a great trade it was for us

I'm going to laugh my ass off if we draft someone no one here is really considering. I want Tyson, I'd surely take Love, everyone is mentioning different players, watch the Rams take none of the above ...... hey that rhymed hahahaha

As long as the drafted player reveal is better than the logo reveal

Seems to jive with McVay saying something to the affect of "the longer we don't hear from him the less likely it is."

I suspect that has more to do with not getting any interest in FA. In fact the Rams may not be interested either. They're hard to read.

McVay said they need a vet presence, while discussing Jimmy, but that could have been coachspeak or him just being gracious as he usually is towards his player. Doesn't mean the Rams have actually made him any offers. Also it felt more like a slam on Bennett tbh, meaning an open acknowledgement he's not ready for QB2.

That was me with Ferguson last year. There's kind of a "huh, what, why?" reaction and then you just look at the positives and hope for the best because that's all you can do. At least as today's Rams fans we have the privilege of knowing our FO knows what they're doing because it certainly hasn't always been that way.
