There used to be a really good German resturant near you too bad the family that ran it retired and had to close it.

You must be talking about the one in Aulac? It was an old place, but yes... the food sure was good.

The building has since been torn down.

Yeah that's the one, right across from the big stop lol. My grandmother and dad lived in Germany in the 70's when my grandfather was in the Air Force, so they both loved it and could recommend what to have. There's a German spot in Sussex too not quite as good, though.

Home made pasta and olive garlic bread. Red sauce with ground Italian sausage or pesto with sun dried tomatoes and pepperoncini. Red wine for the guests and beer for me. Then Lagavulin 16 after we win

Playing Bad Religion, Motörhead, and Dick Dale pregame to keep me calm.

I'll be out doing things till an hour before game time. Not gonna feel like BBQing. I'm picking up some carne asada nachos from my favorite Mexican takeout. Love those things. A ton of meat with all the fixings. I'm not into the different beers. Just give me some Bud Light and I'm good.

My grandson is over. He's gonna have to play his video game on the bedroom TV. My temporary Rams man cave ain't gonna be disturbed tonight. :football:

My son and his 49er friend will be over too. I don't have any 49er friends because any 49er fan ain't a friend of mine. :redcard:

He better hope the Rams don't lose. I won't be in a good mood. He said he'll be pulling for the Rams but If he tries to root for the Cowboys his time here will be short. My house is not a democracy. :mrburns:

We’re gonna cook up some cast-iron cowboy steaks.

GO RAMS!

Doing a smoked pork tenderloin (my first one ever). Got the usual sides...beans, rolls, mac salad. Oh and some Blue Moon, really like the wheat beers.

Anyone who said soup. Ya'll need help.

Go Rams!!!

They're your local brewery I take it? Cool. Went to Montreal about 3 years ago and the locals weren't very high on Quebecois biers. I did enjoy Benelux and Dunham though.

Yeah, they're a couple of hours from me.

I have a wiiiiide taste palette for beer and I tend to enjoy them and switch around based on mood.

I also tend to drink a family of beers, then move to another. But, right now I am really into this one.

Despite the TSA confusion and inspection , I managed to lugg 4 tri tips home on my flight from California in a back pack. Yes, they were still frozen after the 6 hour flight.

So grilled tri tip tonight to go along with my regular- Yuengling beer

You can't get tri tip where you live?
