Viking fans take losses very hard and immediately look to throw someone under the bus. If Barr has a good game against the Eagles, the fans will want him in the Pro Bowl.

Anthony Barr? The last time he played in the Coliseum before Thursday, he terminated Matt Barkley's college career. I'll admit that I was kind of concerned of history repeating itself. I mean just last week he put a ridiculously dirty horse collar on Josh Allen. Sure, you can say the leg sweep was just because of momentum, but was it?

Instead, the Anthony Barr we got on Thursday was the guy that Josh Allen posterized with the leap (on 3d and long).

All that being said, it's Barr's walk year and if Wade thinks he can play and if the economics make sense, get him.

Xavier Rhodes usually can erase the best WRs. So, I think Cooks might have a 3-39 yards type of day. But, we do have other WRs. Rhodes is the best press corner...imlo

Rhodes reputation is deceiving. I recently read some stats and he really isn’t as good as he seems. He won’t shut down Cooks.

I knew this secondary couldn't handle our WRs and Rhodes was killed by Cooks

And with the benefit of hindsight: Cooks destroyed Rhodes. It wasn't even close. Dude basically held and hooked all game long and still couldn't contain him.

I knew Cooks was a great fit for this offense. But damn. He is better than I thought he was. No secondary can hang with our wideouts man. Only way to stop this offense is get to Goff quickly and consistently. And good luck with that.
