Eisen is the best. As always he is extremely perceptive and sees what is important.

Skip Bayless
He isn't human, so his opinion doesn't count. That man is sentient excrement.

I know what you're thinking.
"Wait. Don't you mean sapient excrement?"

Absolutely fucking not. No thoughts have ever passed through that dipshit's cranial cavity. I've swept more intelligent things off the floor of a barber shop. He exists only to piss people off and, just like some kind of parasitic emotional vampire, he feeds and lives on that.

Bayless’ head is gonna explode when Stafford does the exact same thing in the NFCCG+SB and I can’t wait to see it.

I worry about all these accolades so early in the season. But a lot of the players seem to have bought into McVay's message. We don't hear them claiming to be the best. Its one week at a time. There will be losses. They key is how they respond to those losses. I think McVay has them well grounded to keep their eyes on the big picture.
Don't worry about these accolades, @snackdaddy . They are just talking heads covering for the fact that half of them picked the Bucs in this game last week. It's what's happening on the field that counts. This was an enormous game in the begginning of the season. It could be true that the media built it as the week wore on, but the SB champions come to your house and you were traded for to win these games? The pressure was all on the Rams and they delivered. I have no doubt that everyone in that organization knows how to respond to losses ( our QB knows all about that ), and is looking at the big picture.

I mean I don’t give a rats ass about what the talking heads say and spout … but it has always confounded me that we do not get the respect (at least since mcvay took over because those others years ..woof)

if this was any other team say the chiefs or the bucs .. or the pack… or insert media darling team they would be espousing how great they are … and heaping superlatives all over the joint … but when it’s the rams it’s given begrudgingly and you can tell they choking down the vomit in their mouths .. I don’t really have a final point it just annoys me

It’s so hard to listen to Bayless

I've listened to this shit 3 times so far today. My sides hurt I've been laughing so hard. Skip's creepy "mmms" and literally making shit up, Shannon calling his ass out on his double standards, and then the victory lap. Priceless shit.

Shannon is absolute gold in this. Freakin gold.

I watched the first two and they were pretty positive about the Rams. Is anybody actually making excuses or naysaying the Rams over this win? It seems like we're getting legitimate respect.
Most of what I’m hearing is equivocation.

“Yeah, the Rams won and Stafford is an upgrade and KUPP is balling out and AD and Ramsey are studs… but Tompa didn’t have JPP or AB and come playoff time, that’ll be the difference.”

It all has this subtle air of condescension as if “that’s fine for the regular season, but Stafford’s never won a playoff game, so…” with the insinuation or outright claim that none of this matters because Stafford will fold in the playoffs.

As God is my witness, I hope we cut a path through our opponents so vast, it makes Sherman’s March to Atlanta seem like a camping trip with the fellas!!!

Book it! STAFFORD IS GONNA SHRED OPPONENTS IN THE PLAYOFFS!!! And we’re gonna be buying Sports Illustrated for the Rams Super Bowl victory phone cackling to one another, “WASSUUUUUUP!!!”

Believe me there are still a lot of Stafford naysayers, even after this game.
Also a lot of crow eating. Did I mention I can't stand Kellerman

You gotta love Rich Eisen!!

He called it back when the trade was made.
He knew what having Stafford matched up with McVAY would create.
He also said that the narrative of Stafford not being able to win
big games was BullShit!!

I am like a crack addict with my hands shaking and my eyes darting for new Rams coverage of the game. Many naysayers mention JPP and AB, but never mention that we missed Darryl Henderson to injury. That's ok, because there is a reason why there are 53 players on the roster and leaves no excuses for injuries. Next-man-up philosophy says f*ck your excuses....
