Yes that is good news for all those guys and us Rams fans.

they all were released with injury designations so no team was going to claim them for a spot on their 53 man roster. Me thinks our Rams front office is pulling some shenanigans with these injury claims...not that there is anything wrong with that! :sneaky:

So are Spruce and Forrest Injury designations the type where they can return at some point..or are they done for the season?
 
Also glad to see we brought back Tillery at Running Back...didn't get much of a chance at RB in the preseason but showed some great effort on special teams. I'd like him around to keep pushing Davis because long term he might be better for us than Davis.

Saw him play in high school too...just a couple games...man amongst boys...I thought he fit the Oregon system better...

Off the field stuff, or do they believe they have a more talented player?

ahh....team captain too...

we shall see...the running QB is under 200 lbs...see how long that lasts...when do they play Washington or Stanford?

new offensive coordinator prefers the sophomore QB. But Troy beat UCLA and USC last season ....amongst some other big wins..he was voted a captain... He earned the right to lose his job on the field during the season.... if they weren't feeling him as the starter, they could have told him that before Spring and he could have left as a graduate transfer....He would have started plenty of places for his last year. The way they did it was hella shady... and it's going to be tough for UTAH to recruit from Troy's high school in the future because of it.

They really signed Spruce back to PS?...I am bothered by this Shippen is better than Spruce. Ugh well he will be on injured reserve again for an entire year...

He's been placed on injured reserve. Shippen and anybody else could be on the practice squad still. Those moves are all placing them on the IR.
