Hopefully the 49ers have a super physical game with Cleveland on Monday and are beat to hell.

This was one of those games.
20 little things.
Not finishing early drives.
Gurley fumbling at the Seattle 30.
McVay making a hideous challenge and losing a time out.
Missed tackles.
The Matthews roughing call.
Everett dropping a ball that was picked.
It’s a long list in a close game.
The Rams are in third place the NFC West.
A long way to go.
But, the defense is very disappointing after a solid start.

Seems like everyone is just a tick less polished than last year. Usually the Rams are really good about not bum rushing Wilson and keeping lock down coverage until the play is over.
 
One last rant from me. Gurley is not Gurley. He is now for whatever reason completely average. Not scary catching in the flats. Not an angry powerful runner. He's dancing and juking at the line of scrimmage. I'm not mad at him. A broken body or spirit is what it is. But don't play him then. Try out #34 for a game and see how he does. And hell, get Henderson in on some plays and see if he can do more than Gurley. -------- However tonight was on the defense. Wade and the scheme and/or players is not working. :(

Yep.
But you forgot McVay going for two way too soon in the game.
Surrendering a point and losing by a point.

the bad luck we had was unreal....if Woods knee comes down 1 inch sooner...just so many things went right for the chickens....

when we get this out of our system, we are gonna blow up!...ticky tacky stuff derailing us right now...when murphy leaves town, watch out

Why do I watch sports? Like seriously, I spend so much time on this, and I don't even enjoy it.

This is a point I had forgotten. I didn't agree with that call at the time. Until I thought we had converted it....

It truly was, but right before they ran it, it crossed my mind that Schotty might get cute and do something stupid. Sure enough ...

So glad he's on our OC now. He damn near cost them the game, and the only reason he did is because GZ was about a yard right of where he needed to be.
