Lossing saffold is starting to show itself more and more
It's not 1 player, it's the front 3 together, (good) OL's don't just appear they need to develop.
Lossing saffold is starting to show itself more and more
Just because his stats are down does not mean he is regressing.
The Bucs had no success running overall but guess what. They kept doing it.
Wasn't this a bet where if you lost, it was 10 more years in upstate New York?Well, that was a mess.....Let's see how they respond because as a fan I only have a few days before Thursday Night.
As I've always said, he's a tweener.
The most angering thing about this game is it feels like an extension of our play from the end of last season. Get your heads out your asses Rams.
A million false starts at home....WTH is that. It might be a NFL record! Hav is a freaking turn style, Brown missed blitz pickups, Whits holding...Kromer...step it up.
Jarred for the love of god, step up in the pocket and always have two hands on the ball! 9/10 times he fumbles its late in the play, one of the tackles is being beat, and he doesn’t step up and tries to throw. I’ve seen it for 2 years now. Haven’t the Rams addresses this?
MP, sure you got a pick 6, but your inability to play man coverage severely limits the abilities of this D!
This was bad on all phases, i mean for christ sakes GZ sent the opening kick outta bounds. He’s done that a few times this year.
What the hell happened to the Rams.
P.S. I miss Saffold a lot
I don’t think Reynolds has much trade value yet. I’d rather trade Cooks and see what Reynolds can do.I'd much rather trade our 1st round pick. For one, we don't seem to ever use it anyway, always trading down. If we aren't going to pick 1st round talent anyway, we might as well ship it out to fill a hole on the roster. Moreover, our window to win is now, so I don't mind mortgaging the future a bit. More accurately. I think last year was our best hope, but sadly we didn't get the job done.
Even better than moving a 1st rounder would be moving Josh Reynolds. But I am not sure he is valuable enough on his own to net a very good o-lineman. Maybe packaged with a 2nd or 3rd round pick?
The o-line is not near good enough. Hate to say I saw this coming when they let Saffold walk. https://ramsondemand.com/threads/saffold-signs-with-tennessee.57700/page-9#post-1193155
Wonder how this is going to be addressed. That’s just crazy talk man.
Yeah we weren't down 21 for most of the game. Next.
The good thing here is maybe now we can discuss where Jared Goff needs to improve without hyper-defensive reactions.
Jerk reactions are the best.Knee jerk reactions are the best.
Not to mention that Goff threw for over 500 yards. Yes Goff had a bad day in that he did not take care of the ball but he kept getting up and slinging it.Two open TD's were definitely on Goff. I said he wasn't perfect. And what pick 6? The one Peters returned?
To summarize this game as "Goff ain't it" is disregarding the fact that the dude had no run game, was hit on half of his drop backs, threw 68 times and was under siege all day. And our defense had seemingly no answer for anything the Bucs did.
When's the last time a team won by throwing the ball almost 70 times?
I think Goff is scared to step up in the pocket because of how bad the interior o-line is. As a result, the edge rushers are feasting and Goff has fumbled in every game this season.
