Nice to see Robert Bigelow weighing in on this topic. He goes way back with it and undoubtedly knows much that he is restricted from discussing. Notably he skirts around that we are in a race with foreign nations (in the 9th minute or so) as it pertains to reverse engineering the technologies in question. And this has been a strong element in why this topic has received so much psyop pressure from its very beginnings. He also discusses his conversations with the administration and gives a little insight in to how disclosure is trending.
