My guess is that just about every team in the bottom of round one may be looking to trade down.
Especially the Vikings at #24 as they only have 4 picks.

And if teams think the Rams are interested in a QB at 26, each of these teams could look to trade back since they are all set at QB themselves

Right you are (again). Sometimes even the professionals get bored and drive these “I heard” or “I read” simply because they throw out some random thought ON AIR which eventually gets repeated and might just end up here.

Case in point:
I was watching a clip of a reputable show in which they were discussing Shadeur Sanders for the umpteenth day in a row. This conversation takes place after the g-men have now signed 2 QBs.
Assuming the titans grab Ward at #1, maybe the browns don’t want Sanders. The g-men are set. So are the cheatriots, raiders, and jags. You can see where this is going. They surmise the possibility of Sanders going into free fall. There are really only a couple of teams left that might be interested in a QB between the aforementioned and …the RAMS!

Let that sink in. The Rams drafting Sanders at #26 because neither the browns nor the g-men or anybody else for that matter drafts him. That doesn’t seem very possible, but the seed has now been planted for the Rams to grab Sanders…in a trade up?

See how out of hand this could become? That’s exactly why I didn’t want to post this “information” at the time I saw it because this forum would have blown up at the idea of the Rams trading up for Shadeur Sanders.

Wow! All because some pundit just threw out this minute possibility in which he could see a scenario where the Rams would have a shot at Sanders.

I hope I didn’t start something.

At the beginning of the draft season, people were saying Shedeur was a late 1st round pick. Then all this talk about QB need had people talking about Browns and Giants taking him. Now people are talking about him as a late 1st round pick.

Overall, I do think he'll get some need inflation and would not be shocked if a team like the Saints take him early.

But he's a late 1st round guy. That's what he is.

At the beginning of the draft season, people were saying Shedeur was a late 1st round pick.

I honestly hadnt heard of Shedeur ever being outside of the top 10 until like the last week, but never heard of him being a late 1st rounder. Heck, IIRC there were initial thoughts of who would go #1 overall

I think probably helpful to establish who people listen to in regards to draft and why.

I like to follow people who have a good history of either accurately assessing talent or linking players to teams.

I think Nate Tice, Dane Brugler, Robert Mays, Matt Harmon (for WRs), Steve Smith (for WRs), Brandon Thorn (for Oline) and reporters: Charles Robinson, Jori Epstein, Adam Schefter, Benjamin Allbright, Jourdan Roudrigue (team specific), Diana Russini are good for that.

I think the Kiper's and McShay's and a number of the "draft sites" are very hit or miss and sometimes downright terrible. They seem to track consensus sentiment more than accurately assessing talent or doing a good job of linking players to teams.

I think the guys I mentioned have a very respectable track record comparatively, I would encourage anyone to have a follow on them.

BTW, this is not an exhaustive list but very good and solid.

The annual question heading into the NFL Draft is which teams might attempt to move up or down the board depending on how the picks fall, particularly in the early rounds.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers general manager Jason Licht believes there could be less action this year. The Super Bowl winner cited the makeup of the 2025 class -- which is viewed as fairly even, with solid starters but fewer sure-fire franchise-changers -- as his reasoning that fewer clubs could be itching to move.

"You can't walk into it saying, 'I am definitely looking to trade back,' because you don't know what's going to fall to you. I do think this year is going to be -- I could be wrong -- you're going to see maybe a little less people maybe wanting to move up and offering enough to make it worth your while just because the draft is pretty leveled-out at a certain point," Licht said, via the team's official transcript. "You might be able to get the same level of player in the second round as you can in the fourth round at certain positions, so I think you'll maybe see a little bit less of that."

I have to think that Tampa is in the best spot to potential trade down. If there is any team looking to trade up or back in to the 1st round for a QB, that is the spot.
