Ya I don't care anymore if they're not 100% ready--what rookie ever is??--yet most of the TE's drafted around him are already playing & contributing. Same with the RB's drafted around Hunter--Tuten already has a TD for Jax. We're gonna see him live this Sunday while Hunter rides the bench.
McVay just needs to trust his players more. I mean I get it, Ferg & Hunter would take snaps away from the 2-3 players above them, but they gotta get more involved somehow because they were drafted for their "explosiveness", which is what we're currently lacking, especially in the RZ.

Im sure we would all care if Hunter let a blitzed run past him and blow up Stafford.

I think I’d rather have Waddle from the Dolphins. Anyone else think he could be a good fit? Adams isn’t getting any younger and puka’s playstyle is not ideal for durability.

I'd love to get Jaylen Waddle here. I think that while he's good in Miami that he could be so much more in our system with a scheme that can get him open and let him eat.

I'd take either. Both add youth and speed we don't have. Achane would be my first choice though between him and Waddle. Wouldn't complain either way with anyone one of those 2.

Not sure if trading Simmons would impact our FA signings coming up so that one I'm kinda iffy on. Plus throw in the fact that so far the Titans are supposedly not considering trading Simmons. Waddle depends on the trade compensation required although McVay loves his toys. I know we definitely need a CB with size but no idea where we get that from unless we go the Stephon Gilmore route, Trevon Diggs becomes available or we wait on Asante Samuel Jr (injury concerns though). Gonna be interesting to see who actually becomes available.

I'm not sure I want ANYBODY from the leagues worst defense. Diggs was great one, like Ramsey. He isn't anymore though he is compensated as such. Got to be a better deal out there to be had. I think his injuries have gotten the best of him.

I get that sentiment but just spit balling as I really don't like any of the options out there very much. Wouldn't be surprised to see us go the offensive route since teams don't seem very willing to let go defenders go (at least at positions we need).

That would be a very odd trade. They already have 2 starting level RB's. I guess one would be going back to Miami but not sure why Miami would do that. Achane is still young and their best weapon. They need to dump Tua.

Miami will draft a QB who can see over his line as they are in the running for a very high pick. The Jets are slotted at 1 overall due to no wins. Then there are five teams with one win. Of those Miami is one of those most likely to shitcan their coach midseason, and they should since he's not HC material.
