Don't do Marcus Peters that way!I already stated in another thread that there was only one player in the NFL that I would not be heartbroken if he got hurt.
Guess who that was.

I hope the Cowboys get pummeled--what an insufferable entitled, marketing-generated fan base. TB doesn't scare me anyway; I think they basically just got hot at the end of the year. The problem with Dallas winning is that we'd be left with an endless cacophony of pundits and former players just spraying all over the Star like in one of those "cultural anime films"...
It's been 25 years since Dallas has been good and i shudder to think about all the pent up attention waiting for them when they return to winning...
That whole scene is just gross to me... both metaphorically and literally...
You can add Brady Fanboy to that statement tooCowboy homer!
It does happen! My second year as a Chief fan started off with a bang, as did my first year. The talks of Brady leading the Bucs to a perfect season are brewing. I've seen it before.I disagree, every year the first week a bad ass team gets beat or blowout by another team. If there is a time to do it it’s now, and they have a shot at it with a experienced coach if he throws his tendances completely out and doesn’t listen to Jerry.

It was September 8th, 2017. First game of the regular season on Thursday Night Football. It was Ring Night for the Patriots. Their previous victory was a historic comeback in the Super Bowl against the Falcons. Talks of Tom Brady leading the Pats to an undefeated title were everywhere. And here comes Alex Smith lead Chiefs...
However, that 2017 Chiefs team had a ton of talent. It was (Eric's Berry's last healthy game.) Chris Jones, Justin Houston, Dee Ford, Derick Johnson, Travis Kelce, Tyreek Hill, Kareem Hunt.
When I look at the Cowboys roster I'm not seeing anything near that calibre of talent, particularly on defense. So it does happen but not for the Cowboys. Sit the starters.

I'm fine with that Mack. Will make their tears all the more delicious when we drink them. The problem with Dallas winning is that we'd be left with an endless cacophony of pundits and former players just spraying all over the Star like in one of those "cultural anime films"...
Fuck that piece of shit. So glad he's gone. About as far as you can be from "We Not Me" IMO.Don't do Marcus Peters that way!

It was Sam Darnald vs Jared Goff, correct? Prescott Vs. Brady has a completely different feel to it.Idk man it’s like the Jets beating us last year. No way do I think they have the talent we do but they had a hell of a game plan to take advantage of our weaknesses.

Advocating? Nah, I want DAL to get beat down with their broke QB in there. (I hope WAS wins that division again.) Now that Zack Martin (DAL's best player for years) won't be available he's sure to get hammered.I'm sorry, but this is the most ridiculous argument I've ever seen regarding any sport, professional or amateur. You're advocating a team to sit their starters and essentially just roll over to take an L week one, and that's just fucking stupid.
You know who else didn't have a snowballs chance in hell? A bunch of college kids going against some of the best professional athletes in the world who played the game, a team that was a four time defending champion, hadn't lost a game in over a decade, had previously smashed all star teams in the professional sport the college kids were playing, and as a cherry on top absolutely embarrassed the kids just a few weeks earlier 10 to 3.
Nobody thought the kids would win.
You may have heard of it though, the miracle on ice.

DAL's 2nd string would bring home the loss just the same. That's the point. Saying DAL should literally sit their starters is an overstatement, that's called hyperbole. You didn't pick up on that but that's ok. I didn't expect a wealth of intelligence to begin with.
The emotional maturity of a teenager is not a good look. Perhaps you should take 5. I'm sure DAL will play their starters regardless of what I say. When I wake up the next morning and see they lost it will be of no surprise at all.Don't sit there and act like I'm the dumb one because that argument is stupid. Half the board here wants Dallas to lose as well, but that doesn't make the argument about sitting starters any less bad.
If someone asks you what you do for fun and you answer 11 raspberries in a straight face don't get upset when they think you're a dumbass. You've been on this board long enough to understand the blue font function, this is a you problem.

I will also be checking the the injuries. If I see Prescott or any significant player on there the case is closed. They play the Chargers in week 2. They need everybody to beat them. I got DAL starting 0-2 either way. Doesn't matter.
He could be, honestly. He already had a great rookie season, and is looking better by all reports. Too bad the Cowboys will only win 8 games, though.is cee dee lamb going to be the best wr in the league by the end of this season?
.
