Stafford gave an interview a little over a month ago where he said he has no plans to retire anytime soon. MS said he loves to compete and gets joy from the game. He also said he loves the camaraderie in the locker room and knows that's something he'll never have again when he's done playing.

A lot of successful players know that playing in the NFL is living a dream, and they want to extend that dream as long as possible.

Here is what the Rams need to do. And it not only leans towards my Football 101 deal, it will help convince that man to stay around a good long while.
Draft big long armed mean dudes high so will make this guy have it so good he wants to be our quarterback until he is 40.
When he is gone we will miss him. He seems like such a great, normal dude to me.
