Goff isn’t the problem. He’s played well for the most part, with a couple of clunkers (SF, Miami).

This is about a few glitches in the design/play calling.

I think I read weve been in 11 something like 73%? I agree about more VJ though - it's time and Reynolds won't be here next year, and the offense needs a boost.

Akers thing is tricky - I def want more of him than Brown, but with pass pro, it's got to be whoever Goff is comfortable with
Max protect is formations where we have two receivers in the pattern. What McVay has been doing a lot of is keeping guys back to block quite a bit, think they were ranked fourth most in frequency. Trying to remember what stat site I saw it on but that's what I was alluding to.

I think there's a correlation between that and our wideouts being two deep basically, due to Reynolds not being a guy who separates well. I'll try to find it there might have been a different term used.
