Yikes, that's no bueno. Has the makings of being a very ugly game.

What numbers are Kelly and Davis? Feed all the rb's. Lol
They’re 42 and 33, though not sure they’ll be active this week. I think the last two games we went with only Gurley and Brown.

My understanding is players/QBs don't mind snow as much as wind and/or rain.
Cool to watch though.

Are they traveling there in advance to adjust to the altitude? I thought I recalled reading that but can no longer find the article.

This season’s first snow game could come on Sunday in Denver

Can snow slow down the Rams’ fast-paced offense? We might find out on Sunday.

Although football in the snow is most commonly seen in December, this season’s first snow game may come on October 14, when the Broncos host the Rams. The current forecast for Sunday in Denver calls for a high of 31, a low of 16 and snow showers in the morning.

That kind of weather may be good news for the Broncos, who would like all the help they can get to rein in the Rams’ offense, which has been flying high all season. With the Rams going from sunny Los Angeles to freezing Denver, the elements could be good news for the home team.

Denver weather is notoriously unpredictable, but there’s little doubt that Sunday’s game will be the coldest in the NFL this season so far — by far.

All I know is that I want no injuries...I'd rather lose than have Gurley, Goff, or other name players get injured in freakin' Denver

Long time until Sunday for that forecast to change.

I think we all hope the wet weather, rain or snow, is not hanging around on game day.

I ain’t trippin’ and neither should anyone else be. Have the Rams given us any reason to question their ability? Cold or not, this team will score..... and a lot.

I hope it snows! Would be a good test to see how they acclimate. Never hurts to be prepared for any kind of weather come January. So bring it on and I know.......we will have homefield throughout but a good test anyway lol.

How great would it be if it snowed and we won. All the pregame shows are going to say the Rams will be slowed down by this, they can only play in the sunny California weather, etc. Dont forget Goff's hands are too small also. Then we come in and smack them in the face and beat the snow team in the snow!

Secret No. 6: There are 2 tarps for the field.

There's the snow tarp, the thick one, created to keep moisture out.

There's also a grow tarp that allows the sun in, but keeps the frost out.

The grass at Sports Authority Field is 100 percent Kentucky Blue Grass that grows year round. It's not allowed to go dormant, DeWitt said.

Under the grass is 21 miles of heated pipes to help keep the grass green year round.

Sports Authority Field is one of the few stadium to have a flat playing surface. That's because that underground piping system also has a vacuum system that can drain the field of water during rain and snow storms.
