He had a badly injured wrist and he's not the quickest learner, so he needs the reps.

He was incredibly game to keep playing with that wrist and much like Legatron's back, it just couldn't hold up and he started losing punts.

Have you ever caught a punt kicked over 40 yards? Hits the hands like a cannonball. I can't imagine how hard it would be to secure a punt with a broken/damaged wrist.

As for routes, I don't fault anyone for not being developed on offense under Fisher.

And he wasn't able to get into the offense or get the coaching he needed because he couldn't get the reps.

He may still prove to be valuable. We'll see.
I forgot his injury was his wrist. So, that must explain the fumbling last season. I saw his call with Jerry and Jason. They seem thrilled to have traded for him.

Best of luck Tavon, a shame Fisher, Schotty, Cignetti, and Boras dented your career.

Good player, great guy. Just didn't work out here unfortunately for all the reasons people have already touched on. Wish him the best aside from when we play against him. If he gets healthy and some confidence he's still dangerous.

Can not think of anything bad to say about the guy really. Never complained, did what was asked of him. I sure would have liked to seem him on some of those "deep ins" routes that Bruce and Holt ran to perfection.
Did get sick of seeing him ran up the middle though.
I just think with the other Rams receivers they don't have enough snaps for him.

Very true.
And if a team ever makes me a multi-millionaire, I will do the same.

So I am noticing a theme in your posts regarding Tavon... if a player makes millions of dollars, he should be respectful... because he got paid.
However, if a player makes millions of dollars, fans get to be disrespectful... because he got paid?

This is interesting.
So how a person treats others and how they should be treated is directly related to how much they have been paid? Got it.

Have you ever put words in people's mouths? :D

My point is that the guy certainly has nothing to complain about.
He SHOULD be very happy.
He SHOULD be very grateful.

I'm not surprised when somebody is how they SHOULD be.
