Saturday Night Redux!

Continuing the casual offseason vibe;

The Conversation Thread

Think a thread, that goes like a “Chat Room”.

Why not use the chat room? Well, this isn’t exactly in realtime... Just chime in like you‘ve dropped by a friends house.

It’s just chat. Post whatever. Ask a question. Tell us what your up to. Comment.

Randomness encouraged.

BYOB.

Tomorrow we’ll move this thread to off topic. But for now... It’s Saturday night!

3-day weekend here! Might drink an extra beer, two, or three...

This playing;

What are you up to?

Bought 1/2 a cow today for the first time.
Looking forward to it.
Hedging against meat shortages and also want to do it for awhile.

Today started rainy, but sunny now. Got burgers to grill tomorrow, maybe chicken. Looks to be a great day here.

We've been doing that right from the start, going to the Restaurant Depot with a good friend, keeping our distance & donning our masks of course, but 26 lbs of whole Rib-eye, burgers 8 oz & 6 oz, 30 pounds of chicken, chicken tenders and ground chicken & beef too. Given plenty of chicken to the family, with the exception of the Rib-eyes. and I've become very good at hand cutting Steaks.

You ever have a morning dump so bad that you just get back into bed afterwards and go back to sleep so you can restart the day again?

Cause I did this morning, that's for sure.

Damn. There is something wrong with me that I thought about copying this to “The Best ROD Quotes” Thread.

:LOL:
