Same shit/different day. Ratboy still allowing that “Me/Not We” mentality to fester in that 69er locker room.
Thus, the secret of his ultimate demise. I will be shocked if he ever wins it all.
I confessed to him at the beginning that I don't lose sleep over the Cardinals and Seahawks and his immediate response was "Fuck the Seahawks." and I said, have a seat.
I get that Den, but that Seachicken's fan statement also holds a truth that has bothered me for a while.

Being in the Bay Area, I hear more hatred (Thus-fear & respect) given to Seattle than to our Rams. And I want THAT to end. If you ask the average Niner fan (and there are no-doubt generational differences) who is the biggest rival in the division they will say Seattle.

I want the Rams to dominate the Whiners for a full decade. Force these Millenials and Z Gen. Whiner fans to know "Who's their daddy".

"I have a great son but when it comes to rooting for sports' teams, he's kind of an idiot ... What about yours?"
He would say my son was a huge fan of Merlin Olsen, Ron Cey, Jerry West & Rogie Vachon, which led to his fandom of those teams. Plus when I was 7-10 years old the New York teams were not very good.

That makes sense and I am sure it is turning the corner, but Seattle was their biggest competition when the Rams were coached by the likes of Linehan, Spagnuolo and Fisher.

I understand.

As for the law firm you mentioned, I guess they only litigated 16 cases before dissolving.

They didn't win many. I hear they went 7-9

I always preferred the firm of Bendini, Lambert & Locke because they were always about family or lack there of.

I never gave it much thought. I always figured the Niners biggest rival would be the Rams. There is more history with the Rams and the Niners.

My Seahawks friends always said that their friends consider the Rams to be the Seahawks biggest rival.

The Niners must have a lot of bandwagon fans that have only been around since they got good again.

The poor Cardinals aren’t good enough to be any fanbase’s rival :zany1:

I'm not with you (and many others here) on that.

I am all for Any and All types of RIDICULE directed at the hated 49ers but I also respect how good they have been for many of the 50 years I have been a Rams' fan. THAT'S what makes beating the 49ers so rewarding.

There's nothing I enjoy more than a Rams' victory but a 49er defeat (to any team) is a close second. I have watched the 2021 NFC Championship dozens of times; and the 4th quarter comeback at least fifty times.

The Niners have been the Rams' primary Nemesis since the early 1970's. The 49ers barely won the Division over the Rams in 1970, 1971 and 1972; and went to the Conference Championship twice. In those seasons, the Rams defeated the Niners 5-out-of-6 games ... four by double-digit-margins.

In the '80s, the Rams had some very good teams but their divisional rival was the best team of the 1980s.

My San Francisco 49ers HATRED goes way, Way, WAY back.

If the Niners had not been so good, defeating them would be like beating the Cardinals ... it's good and nice but not Truly SPECIAL. By comparison, the Rams also beat the Cardinals in the 2021 Playoffs ... I have watched that game 3 or 4 times ... Nice memory ... Enjoyable ... No Comparison to the game played two weeks later.
I will never hate any team like I hate the Whiners. Fuck that team, their fans, and that organization. I purposely dated a girl that was a Whiners fan just to say that I personally fucked em. Yes, I'm a sick puppy :laugh1::laugh2::laugh3::laugh4::zany1:

Very similar here.
I was a huge Rams and Lakers fan but my baseball team was the Yankees ... my father's team was the Mets.

If my father had met your dad, and they had a couple drinks, and talked about their families, my old man probably would have said something along the lines of ... "I have a great son but when it comes to rooting for sports' teams, he's kind of an idiot ... What about yours?"

Same here. I was born in LA, but my first little league team that I played for was the Yankees so that's my story.

I never liked the whiners but my hatred grew intense in the ken norton jr and merton hanks days when the Rams were crap but they wanted to rub dirt our faces in that long streak. It pissed me off to no end and the hatred set in and now those whiners games are circled on my calendar every year.
