I love the hype of the Saints now.....lol...I bet few will pick the Rams among the talking heads, because this is the trendy pick...RAMS GONNA LOSE THIS ONE.......yeaaaaahh...lol

I am confident again going into this game.
No team in the league is outstanding this season, incuding us.
We have weaknesses, there were some issues against the Packers.

I think we may be focusing on being undefeated through the season, and then realising it might not happen and trying to predict when the first loss may be.
Forget that.

Right from the Raiders game, every team has tried to come up with a way to beat us.
They have all failed.

I can't think that a team is going to beat us.
I think we should be able to beat that team.
I believe we can beat the Saints.

Saints have the best run D in the league.
Our DBs have tough match ups everywhere.
I think the Rams are going to have to score in the mid thirties to beat the Saints.
The Saints have a couple of good pass rushers as well. Would like to see Gurley get plenty of looks in the passing game.
They haven't played any good teams yet. The best rushing team they've faced is the Browns, ranked #4, and the Brownies took them to overtime. Run it down their throats.

This seems to be the most important game of our regular season. Winning that one gives us a tremendous advantage for the #1 seed.

We really are entering an awful stretch of three games before our bye, I'm not sur we will still be undefeated by then.

Kupp being back makes me feel much better. Lattimore can have the game of his life but we have three #1 WRs so doesn't matter.

I'm concerned about pass pro - the Saints pressured us more than any team I remember last season in our win against them. Going into the dome, this will be tough.

Fortunately we play in Seattle every year, so as far as the environment goes it's something we're sort of used to.

Kamara absolutely destroyed us last year - I wonder if we put JJ on him like we do some TEs - it would certainly be better than having a LB on Kamara out of the backfield, but JJ would still be outmatched there athletically.

The Saints are going to run-run-run the ball on us. They get creative with their deep shots but I'm not too worried about it. Peters on Michael Thomas should be better for us as they don't usually send him deep too often.

I see this as a tough loss because....you can't win them all. But Brees has never really scared me - the Rams have always done pretty well against him. Could easily see the Rams winning too.

They do have the best run D in the league.

But they haven't played a team that really runs the ball too well either.

Tale of two Sean's....Payton will do anything to win, that's proven. McVay a new breed of coaches working in concert with the players....Saints are similar to Rams, they have a great running back in Kamara, they have a good interior pass rush and are very good on special teams.

One advantage for the Rams is, Drew Brees can't run. Rams have done well against Brees in the past, but the offensive line has given up quite a few sacks against the Broncos & Packers and will need to clean that up in New Orleans...It won't be easy in The Big Easy, but let's go with a Ram victory as Zuerlein booms it through the uprights as time expires 37-34.

This is going to be one tough matchup - and it'll have to be a high scoring game if we want to win. The Saints have improved on a lot of their D weaknesses from last year. If we get Kupp back then that will definitely give us a boost, Goff has looked normal without him these past couple of weeks. We've had some close games these recent weeks, and this may also be one, it may even go against us. The Saints and Kamara are on a roll right now, and we seem to be stuttering (albeit winning).

We need all aspects of our team (O, D and ST) firing on all cylinders for this one (and the next 3 weeks)

We should be able to score on this team , stopping them will be the real problem . They can run it and throw it all over the field , need alot of pressure of Brees or he can pick us apart

When the season started I thought the top dogs were, Rams, Saints, Vikings and Eagles.

I do think the Saints could be our biggest challenge. This a well rounded team that can win many ways. They are a high flying offensive team that can play physical. They went into Baltimore and won physical game. Won a shoot out in Atlanta and also won in Minnesota.

This is a great matchup and honestly I dont think either team is that much better than the other. If they played 10 games they would probably come out 5-5. Sound cliche, but turnovers and penalties are key.

This is a great match up between probably the 2 best teams in the NFC.

Every single game this year, one our esteemed posters has said something like "I dunno guys, I have a bad feeling about this one..."....or..."It's a divisional rival, don't sleep on them..." .... " It's a trap game.."

lol.

8-0

NO is always an interesting team because Brees is much better at home than on the road.
Getting home field over NO is key in the big picture.

What's the over-under on points scored? I'm guessing this game there will be a ton of points scored in a "back and forth" shootout.

Bet the farm on the "over".

It's a trap game guys...We're worried about Seattle...
