TBH it was more along the lines of grab and hold coverage, but it got the job done for a little while

the packers proved our offense is vulnerable.other teams will take a serious look at what the packerd did to contain the rams offense.lets just hope they dont have the same success the pack did.
We didn't have Kupp who is the most valuable WR to help defeat the blitz. That's why the Packers blitz work when others haven't.
I'd feel better if we had Talib back. The KC game is the scariest because of the weapons they have and how bad Peters has been playing. But maybe he'll rise to the occasion against his old team. Our CB's were supposed to be our biggest strength and honestly have been our biggest liability thus far. Excluding NRC who has played pretty well.
when is he suppose to be back?
I really think we see Talib in Mexico City. I don’t see us being able to stop them without him.He should be back this week. McVay said that if the game against the Pack were a playoff game, Kupp could have toughed it out and gone, but they didn't want to risk losing him to an aggravation.
Kupp was doing pregame drills and looked good.
That's how amazing McVay is. He's so mindful of player health that he is willing to expect young players to step up and take care of his players.
As for Talib, we don't know. He's out of the walking boot and was just wearing sneakers when he was on NFL Network.
My guesstimate was for him to return after the bye as that gives him plenty of time to get ready, doesn't have him try to play in Mexico City and gives him enough time to acclimate before the playoffs.
We'll see. If Talib can come back sooner and not be rushed, we sure could use him, but like with Kupp, McVay isn't going to rush him.
