Heh heh

I was honestly trying to watch and get into it but it was funny because I was JUST about to say to someone that there were remarkably few flops going on in that game when three obvious flops happened in about 10 seconds of play. The players looked like someone shot them in the leg then popped right up after the foul was called. I know a lot of soccer fans want this cleaned up. It really makes it hard to take serious when they do that.

The worst is when they get stretchered off, and then are back on 5 seconds later, come on man .

I love France the country but it's full of French people.

When wifey and I went to London for the Rams game we mentioned to a friend there (@UKram) that we were thinking about heading to Paris for a few days, and he said almost the exact thing "Paris is great except for the French people there"

You hear that too much for it not to be true. I took three years of French so I have always wanted to go there - mainly for wine and food. Maybe some day I'll find out for my self.

Come on the US, not sure how much longer I'll be able to keep my eyes open but I'll fight it for the next 2 hours.

In British football we don't flop about nearly as much. Or rather, British players don't. It infuriates us.

Gutsy game, I don't always like the way they play but hey 4 points after 2 games. If you told me that prior to the start of the cup I would have said hell ya where do I sign.

That was a great game, even if the US didn't win, that was still a great finish.

I know this could never happen, but the US and Germany should just agree to finish their game in a draw, that way both teams are assured of moving on.

There was a game in England, this season I think, where both teams needed a draw, so one team just let the other team's keeper play with the ball on his own for the last 5 minutes, made a mockery of the sport but there's no rules against it.

I feel sorry for soccer players. When I fall down on grass when I'm all sweaty it gets really, really itchy.
