Just bought a rose-gold necklace of Apophis and a sterling steel bracelet of Jormungandr (and I have my eye on a beautiful Fenrir necklace on Amazon that I’ll try to get next month when I have money again). Will post pics when I get them.

I didn’t realize how easy it was to make cold brew coffee… much cheaper than coffee shops per cup.

Fill the infuser with course grind coffee, top up with water, place in the refrigerator for 16hrs. Done.

This one is heavy glass with metal spout, for $40 on Amazon.

That’s pretty cool.
I usually just make strong coffee and pour it over ice.
This cold brew contraption, may be in my future.

I also like iced tea.
I’ve found that iced tea is better after it sits in the fridge for a day. It seems to mellow any bitterness.
I don’t boil the water either. I bring it up to around 150 and take it off the heat. I then let the bags steep for about 5-10 minutes.

I might suggest this coffee. It's pre-ground course, dark roast. Works well for cold brew.

One bag makes about 3 batches/gallons of cold brew.

I never realized they had special coffee for cold brew.
I know they make cold brew tea bags.
This one comes with everything you need, except coffee and water.

The diffuser on it is stainless steel mesh. Really well built. I wash it in the dishwasher and its always shiny new.

I drank 3 cups of this stuff today. :wow2::laugh1:

You can buy the sweet cream foam in your dairy section, likely. By the spray whip cream.

Damn good seats for that price.

The cool thing about sitting right behind the bench like that is watching and listening to the coaches and players on the bench/sideline.

It also usually means that you'll have some other Ram fans near you... and in a road stadium that is always nice. Plus... because of the price point, there's usually a higher level of manners practiced by the surrounding fans in your section. That's the nicest way I can describe it.

In other words, worth every penny in my experience.

Because the Rams are going to keep the home town fans quiet enough for you to hear every word.

I was gonna mention a helpful hint I learned while sitting in the front row like that in Miami several years back.

I had Cammy bust out the gun show (she had on a bikini top under her shirt). Once she lost the Ram shirt... the players started congregating right in front of me for some strange reason. Several of them started actually giving gear to her too. Those fuckers were kickers though... Greg the Leg and Hekker... so I put that gear on our big stuffed Santa that we have in the house during the holidays. Otherwise, I'd have that shit in frames like I do with all of my quality Ram memorabilia.

But....

Your game is in November. Temps probably won't be conducive for your lady to try that same move.

Well... you should look forward to receiving some gear at least. LOL

I did something similar way back in the day with an old girlfriend that I took to a Ram preseason game up in Jacksonville. This was before the Jags even existed. The Rams were playing the Falcons. Brett Favre was their rookie QB that came in and played in the 4th quarter. Bet most don't even know he started there. Of course those morons let him go lol.

I was in the front row behind the Ram bench in that game too. I had wonderful conversations with a bunch of our players. It was preseason in Jax... needless to say, it wasn't a packed house. Slater talked to me for a solid 20 minutes... what a great guy... I was in heaven.

But there was one Ram who absolutely ignored my ass blatantly. Kevin Greene.

I was young, so after the game I took my girlfriend with me outside the stadium where the Ram buses were waiting. I had autographs from basically everyone except Greene and he had been ignoring me hard throughout the whole game. So I sent my girlfriend up near the bus with my game program and a pin. I stayed way back away from her.

Guess who bee-lined his way directly to my girlfriend when he exited the stadium. Mr Greene did. Started chatting her up without her even having to try and get his attention. After some small talk, my gf asked if he'd sign the program. He was happy to do so of course. So he asked her "who am I signing this for" expecting her to tell him her name. Instead, my gf said... please sign it to George. Kevin asked... "your name is George" thinking that he heard her wrong. My girl says no and turns around and points at me... then she says George is my boyfriend right over there!

Kevin looked over at me and I gave him a big wink. He shook his finger at me and started laughing. I'm sure he recognized me as the guy he had on complete ignore all game long.

Good times

Shit. That used to be SB prices. And I don't think it was all that long ago. Never been to a SB but IIRR, the SB in Pasadena against the Steelers was a few hundred - which at the time seemed outrageous.

Funny thing. I had an IOU from my dad for a bunch of work I did on the ranch. It said "Rams Superbowl Tickets". My dad was going to honor that IOU until he found out the price of tickets. To this day I give him shit about that. In all honesty, I always considered it a joke anyway. We farmed hay. Ain't no way I expected such a thing on our family's income.
