JJ3 and Josh Karty have the same number 43! I wonder what number Karty will take after final cuts are done.

It won’t be Karty taking a new number, it will be JJ3. Karty wore 43 in college.

JJ3 has always worn 43 in the pros, though. I could see Karty taking 4 (Dresser Winn's number) or 3 (Sam Wiglusz's number - whom I'm hoping makes the practice squad; I like him more than any of the three undrafted rookies we have), but JJ3? I can't see it.

You were right Karty switched to 16 as I bet JJ3 offered the kid some money or something of value.

I really liked Dave Elmendorf ... solid, durable, consistent all-around-Safety

And, again, the white outline of the numbers never made it to the field. UGH!
After drafting Isiah Robertson and Jack Youngblood in the 1st Round of the 1971 Draft, the Rams selected Elmendorf early in the 3rd Round. Now that was a Great Draft!

Two well-deserved Honorable Mentions ...
Greg Bell was tremendous and a huge part of two post-Dickerson playoff teams in 1988 and 1989.

Looked and ran Cool too.

And ... the very sad story of Kirk Collins
Late round pick in 1980. Special Teams player in '81 and '82. John Robinson and Fritz Shurmur made Collins a starting Cornerback in 1983 (huge surprise playoff team that beat the Cowboys in Dallas in the playoffs). Collins had five interceptions in just four games to open the '83 season but was then diagnosed with cancer. He died four months later at just 25. Fucking Brutal.

Moderators! Calling all Moderators!!!

I believe a suspension and fine of Den-the-Coach are warranted here for putting-up Jason Sehorn.

I'm sorry Den but some actions are simply inexcusable.
Should have been Angie. Steve Smith never 'ran by her'. Get the Martz reference?
