Not sure what you are trying to say. Defensive backs have other "keys" other than just the receiver. And it's been proven RBs throwing the ball usually don't work or bad decisions are made. Tu Tu is small. Smaller than most CB covering him. He's a liability in the run game. McVay wants to use the run to set up the pass and vice versa. While Tu Tu is extraordinarly fast. You know they ain't running to his side unless Kupp or Jefferson is over there w/ him. (Or both....).Do they have a RB that can pass at all?
If they do, can't Tutu take at least one guy out of the running play by running deep (crossing if necessary)?
If so, that could be more effective blocking that guy.
Flea flickers, too. Better have a guy on Tutu . . . with any kind of lead I think Staff hits him.
Sounds like fun to try anyway.
