Bet the Rams trade out the first round all together. Better not, I'm having people over to watch the draft tonight lol
I hope they do trade out.
But doesn’t seem like the buyer will be there for them. Especially since Minn wants the same at 24

That would be best case scenario though. Anyone we could take at 26, isn't much better (if at all) then someone we could get in the 30's-40's IMO.

Aaron Donald was the 13th overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft. You don't think given if teams knew he was going to be the best DT to ever play the game he would have been picked 1st overall? Point being you never really know how a player is going to produce in the NFL. While I'm not a fan of trading out of the first round I'll would have to see what it fetches us in return picks. If it's a late 2nd and 3rd I wouldn't be a fan. But I'll leave it up to the pros.

The more I see of Skattebo, the more I want that guy. Talk about a tone setter. He really looks like the kind of player the Rams love. He would really pump O up. Looks like he could do it all. Just not fast like I have been hoping for.
I love Skat, I just don’t think he elevates or expands what we can do enough to justify the investment

Seems to me if Hampton can get by Denver, he will be there. The strength of the RB class may allow him to slide.

In fact Denver likley looking at Loveland & Ebuka as well. So we get their leftovers barring a trade down.

Russin just said the Rams, like most teams, would likley trade back if they get a good offer. Teams have expressed to her that they prefer moving back in this draft. However, if Snead feels they will be stuck at 26, they could move up a few spots for a guy they really want.
If the Rams are thinking RB they're in a great spot at 26. They can sit there and wait to see if Hampton is there. Maybe take a move down offer from a team like the Giants. Or if Hampton's off the board there will be other back options.

I don't think RB is their target at 26. But if it is they're in a real nice spot.

He was atrocious against the Saints. His fresh legs had worn out. Gurley at least had a little burst left.
I think there was a lot more going on behind the scenes that poisoned that particular well. But this ain't the place for that conversation.

I would think to them he is a unique talent and if he isn't there they go to next BPA at WR, TE, CB etc.... Or maybe Treyveon Henderson?
