I am not going to fluff this but I hope Goff falls on his ass all season long.
I selfishly don't want to be haunted by this historic decision.
As I stare at his signed football still on my mantle. It is even in a jewel box.
I may need professional help.
Last year I fell off the Goff bandwagon when I saw the various meltdowns when he was getting pressured. Defenses knew what to do to him to cause failure. What used to drive me insane was when he was trying escape pressure and he didn't sense/see a defender about to kill him. It seemed like a better than average chance he would lose the ball when this happened, instead of just going down and protecting the ball....The wheels are falling off in a hurry, I guess things haven’t changed that much. Goff making every throw looking like a pro bowl qb, then a fumbled snap and a ball that just slips out of his hand. Enough to drive your HC nuts.
From a great film scene too. Might have to revisit it soon. This gif will never get old in my mind.
yep unfortunately that's so true. I'm sure he has enough money to live a very comfortable life after football. It's year 6 for Goff. He is who he is.
I'd talk shit but I did it too all through 2018. In fact we all have our window, well most of us, of overlooking his issues. It's moreso a question of how much did you endure and still give him a pass before you allowed yourself to see it.I’m sorry… but I’m laughing. Honestly.. what were people opposed to the trade watching?
