If the Rams want him, they can pay him (and Donald). But it may mean cutting Barron or getting a little creative.

Oh ill take suh and LVE over barron but if they pull it off and keep Barron then snead is already gm of the year.

Teams might have to bench their starting QBs to keep them healthy for the rest of the season.

So it seems most of the NFL especially Whiner and Squawk fans don't want this to happen if reddit is any indication.

Funny thread lol. I like this part...

Sam Bradford is going to break into a thousand pieces.

I can just see Donald and Suh chasing Russell back 40 Yards behind the line of scrimmage and then RUSSELL SWIVELS AND CHUCKS THE BALL IN THE AIR FOR A BOMB.

DOUG BALDWIN THE TARGET

IT’S BOBBLED...

CAUGHT! TOUCHDOWN

Seahawks win NFC championship.

You forgot the part where peters picks russel off for a pick 6 and we win by 30

DanBRZ
And the part where none of this happens because the Seahawks missed the Playoffs again.

battle_squid
Win by 30 at the half*

I don't see how it'd be possible but guess we'll see. Would be fucking ridiculous to see him and Donald and Brockers together... like a 16 game hard on.

Has Suh ever played for a great and respected DC like Philips? Just curious if Philips could make him more of a disciplined and team player.

Maybe he wants to win now before he retires so he takes a short-term reasonable deal.

Could this also be a negotiating ploy with Donald? "We could trade you and sign him, and conceivably be a lot better off than we are now."

Come to think of that, is that a possibility? Two or three first rounders for Donald, with Suh signed in his place? I don't prefer Suh straight up, but when you add in the picks you would get from moving Donald, it could be worth it ...

No.

Donald stays - as the highest paid defensive player ever. It’s a question of when the deal gets inked.

I hope you are right.

But if this helps them sign Donald by adding leverage, I'm ok with it.

I like griffin but in this scenario with Barron and LVE, he wouldnt be starting. Ebukam and longacre would likely get the snaps.

I thought that you meant LVE and Suh instead of Barron. In which case, Griffin would be a hell of a pick in the third round.

It adds no leverage. The only leverage we have is time. Could let him play out rookie deal and franchise twice. That’s the only leverage there is.

I said I'd take LVE and suh over barron but if snead could also keep Barron he'd be gm of the year. Wouldn't suprise me to see the rams draft Griffin but I think it be with one of those 45 6th round picks

He's going higher than the sixth round. But yeah, I see what you mean. :)
