Goff was really gutsy.
Russell has really lost it! Did you see that terrible interception? Maybe Seattle should trade for Desean Watson?

Maybe because he had no pocket?

No pocket is no excuse. QBs should play the way we want regardless of the circumstances because of the money and also because the guys at my work are jerks and they pick on Goff so...

What made me do a double take was when Aikman said the Rams usually rely on the blitz. Uh no.

There is no debate. Goff outplayed Wilson better completion percentage, more yards, same amount of TD's and no pick 6.

This is up until garbage time and the td to DK

Aikman is bordering on Sosar level misinformation. Astonishing

Freak Joe Buck and Troy Aikman for their slanted view of this game. Goff "underthrew" Kupp for a large gain but had it been Wussel, or Mahomes, or Brady, Brees, etc. they would have called it a "beautiful back shoulder throw".

So sick of the narrative.
Yea they are both terrible pouring on Goff and several plays against the Rams all game. Aikmans favorite line "you get the feeling that [Mcvay, Goff]. Actually no dude, you get that feeling. Most of us don't because we understand what Goff is dealing with with the injuries and Oline play.

Wilson has no pocket awareness
The problem with Wilson is him and Goff are complete opposite in strengths weaknesses. Wilson can't throw those deep ins and outs and mid level throws with accuracy like Goff. So when the deep is covered up and run lanes are clogged, Wilson has no where to go. Conversely Goff can't throw the deep vertical like Wilson or scramble like Wilson. Wilsons mistakes and Goff's ball security was the difference. Not to mention the ad key throws Goff made to Akers and Kupp.

Yes, it was one of the greatest defensive plays ever! I jumped out of my chair when that happened!

I was watching at work, with a room full of MH clients. I jumped up screaming, then laughing like a maniac. Thought the nurse might give me an ativan...

One has to wonder if Wilson is getting tired of these anti-winning, get roughed up gameplans they keep drawing up for him vs the Rams.

He sounded like some drunk at the bar that just started watching football and kept talking and talking like he knew everything about the team and everyone around him kept rolling their eyes at the idiot.

Aikman is a pretty harsh critic of Goff. He's definitely one of those that likes to pile it on when he does something dumb but just glosses over the good things he does throughout the course of the game. But it's pretty evident that he gets increasingly frustrated with Goff and he can't contain it.
