Crazy what a top 10 oline can do for an offense. Hopefully mcsnead make it a priority to keep it this time around.

I think people continue to miss the point. Matt will leave, i.e. retire on his time table and it won't matter he still has a great arm. A married man with kids will have input from his family. That's why I'm sure he has a planned date for retirement that he will stick to. Retirement will be his decision. This is his 13th season, if he retires after next year he will be 36 which is getting long in the tooth for the NFL. But young enough to enjoy a long life with his wife and kids.

Also, we have seen how his tendonitis could flare up at any time. One more reason IMO the Rams have already made up their mind to move on after 2024.

Better to retire on top not when you are in decline. That is exactly why IMO Donald will retire after next year as well. Watching a dinged up Kupp play I'm convinced he will retire after next season with Stafford With the right QB1 this offense won't miss a beat.

With as good as this team could be in the playoffs, Stafford could have two more shots at another ring.

You're putting your values and beliefs on him.

He's not indicated anything close to that... and, if his body is still great.. and the Rams have a line that protects him, who knows how long he'll play?
My guess is AT LEAST through 25.

Has anyone asked him what bad things are bound to happen if he doesn’t get his mouth guard wedged in between his face mask and helmet after every play?

They need to replace Stafford!

Right after he wins another Super Bowl and retires. ;)
