the foles hype is pretty funny. he was not good leading up to the nfc championship game last season. he played lights out in that game and the superbowl.

come to this season and he was so bad the eagles rushed back wentz to start at qb. now he has three decent games and suddenly the eagles should dump wentz and stick with him.

.

Think about it though.
If Foles were to win this years Superbowl ... how could you actually go back to Wentz next year?

The Bears don’t have enough offense.

I would love a Bears v Rams match up in the divisional round...love it...love it...love it.

As a consolation, I would be pleased to see a 4th consecutive beating of Pete the Cheat and his Midget.

I’m not sure that NO survives a match up with Dallas or Philly at this point, either.

I’m still very confident in the Rams if TG II plays.

It doesn't matter, guys. The timeframe for shit talking "experts" is almost over, because real games will decide who's best. We all know the Stephen A. Smiths, Colin Cowherds, Skip Baylesses, who will have nothing credible to say as the Rams lift the Lombard high. Mouths will be shut and crow will be eaten.

It still pisses me off that NE got the second seed with a freaking 11-5 record. Weak ass crap. Come to the NFC and see how you compete.
Pats have an unusual record this year. I think (but could be wrong) they are the only undefeated team (at 4-0) against teams that made the playoffs this year, but they balance that out with a paltry 7-5 record against the rest of the field. I'd love to see them smashed to pieces in their first game, because if those bastards get rolling, we all know what they can do.

freak that.

I'm going Rams/Texans. Deal with it.
I'm training to be an obtuse, over-the-top, controversial sports writer:

INDY vs. DAL in Super Bowl
DAL World Champions!!

You heard it here first, folks!!!
(man, I'm gonna love it if this happens and I can declare myself the Ultimate Football Genius!! Of course, if it doesn't happen, I'll just fade away into the media abyss until next year... when I can make more moronic claims!!)

Honestly; I could see any team winning any game.

Of course, I still think the Rams have more to offer than most... but it's an interesting playoff field of match-ups. So it depends how each week plays out to how the next week looks (matchup-wise).

I had a devil of a time picking this week's games, as good example. It could go either way in these games, all of them.

Don't take that the wrong way, I think the Bears are one hell of a team, but I'm just reading how so many Ram fans don't want to play them and my feeling is, you have to punch the bully in the mouth. If Chicago beats the Rams they beat them, but I'm not rooting for the Eagles so the Rams don't play the Bears. My feeling if the Rams can beat Chicago, they can beat New Orleans too.

No disagreement there. I just think it's hilarious how the media are completely dismissing Chicago's defense at home because Nick Foles didn't derail the best team in football last year. This year's Eagles team is completely different.

I feel the Rams have a lot of momentum lining up for a run through the playoffs (Gurley healthy??, Goff confident??, Talib/Peters gelling on pass coverage??, CJ Anderson injection, etc/etc/etc). However, if it cannot be the Rams - then for entertainment purposes only I wouldn't mind seeing the Chiefs vs. Saints.

Totally agree and I'm betting Foles doesn't finish the game.
