Yup.I don't disagree at all. The buck stops with McVay. He hired Morris, and part of the reason he went with Staley the year before is so that he could become immersed in the defense. And if he's letting Morris pull him in the wrong direction, it's up to him to pull himself back. If he can't see that our players are not being used properly, it's as much his fault as it is Raheem's.
I think part of his problem is that he projects his offensive tendencies onto other teams instead of looking at them as who they are. And he's not honest about himself either. He needs to brush up on his Sun Tzu.
Some SERIOUS self-scouting is needed.
Shit.. needs an outside consultant to come in this week and slap some sense into him, imo.
