You were just trying to downplay it by stating they did what offenses typically do against Seattle without mentioning we have guys playing who were on the streets at the start of the season. And other guys who have been nothing more than PS guys thus far in their careers and others who missed most of the yr with injuries and are just coming back.

Hey whatever. You refuse to admit the defense and it's soft scheme is a problem and in no way has helped a struggling injured offense despite being relatively healthy most of the year.
I would give up. He is in his own little reality world.

Watching the game yesterday, I thought the Rams put-in Cobie Durant because they finally realized that pending free agent David Long rarely makes a play.

Silly Me. Long was injured.

No, I wasn't downplaying it, I was putting it in context. It's up to you whether that matters.

And... um... the context of the Rams entire season on offense is the injuries.. let's not pretend that I'm ignoring them.. they're just a reality. It's why this team is where they are.. historic number of Oline injuries and now their QB and best two receivers, it's ridiculous!

AND.. they had their best game on offense in a while ( I said that)... AND Seattle has a bad defense.

You refuse to admit that defensive personnel is in issue... despite losing major contributors from last season that were never replaced.

You refuse to think that there's anything wrong with the defense other than Morris.

Me? I think it's more personnel than scheme this year. Why? Because I've seen what Morris does with good personnel.

Hey.. whatever.
The Tampa collapse was scheme... That was a historic collapse. 60 plus yards in 40 seconds with no timeouts. And it's not like they lost on one big play. They ran like 5 plays, got out of bounds and still scored with time to spare.

It's amazing two people have that much time on their hands that they could sit there an argue about who's fault it is that the Rams lost yesterdays game. Neither of them listen to anything each other says and get flabbergasted every time one of them disagrees with the other. lol. It's almost like arguing with my 11 year old daughter.

I saw Durant make a play and went all right - they finally put Durant in the game

I am silly as well since I believe he went out on the next play

Heh - it's been a blessing that Kupp put me on ignore because he had a talent for getting on my nerves

He had me so frazzled that I made a statement without really looking it up first and caught me on a mistake on my part.

Normally I double check my facts first.

Was a dam winnable game yesterday... And that D-scheme screwed the pooch on that one.

Pisses me off, TBH.

The Whiners blew out the Dolphins with their 3rd string QB who came in mid-game.

Wolford was PREPPED for this game and started out decently....then just fizzled out, badly. We need to do some housecleaning soon.

Ah.. that's what this is really about... you want to re-litigate the TAMPA game, not talk about the SEATTLE game.. I get it.

You can stick to your guns on that one.. that loss was on the offense more than the defense. The entire 4th quarter was a collapse for the offense in that game.

Did the scheme make Ramsey draw a penalty? Did the scheme make Ramsey get beat by Metcalf for the TD?

Or was there shit execution AND bad play calls in that last drive?

I'm gonna say it was the latter.

I'm fine people coming after me.. just be accurate.
I'm not defending ANYONE for yesterday's loss.. or blaming anyone. The Rams aren't that good right now and are decimated by injuries.

So, if you're going to dis on someone for not paying attention, please lump yourself in there.

That is what a run game does for you.

This defense makes average qbs look like all pros.. it’s sickening to watch. I hate the scheme, it’s almost like prevent defense all the time. I would love to see a more aggressive scheme in the future. Andy Dalton Colt McCoy Geno Smith.. and mean cmon. Make a damn adjustment.. it’s a slow painful death. Im pretty sure Mariota had his best statistical game of the year against us. Very painful.
I forgot about Colt McCoy. It was refreshing to see these new guys on offense making plays. Of course we all knew the D would piss it away. I thought they could at least hold them to a FG. Pipe dream

I think Hoecht can be a rotation guy. He seems to have one move at the moment. He tries bulling his man. His outside move is non-existent because he doesn't have a burst. But his motor is high. Maybe he can be an effort sack guy in rotation I think. Until he can learn some technique. And I like that he's thicker.

He is a raw big guy with insane burst for his previous size. So they slimmed him down and he’s proving to be a really nice development player out on the end. I’d rather have Hoecht than Lewis any day and I was really on the Lewis bandwagon…

This is allowing us to see what we have.

Good news:
Hoecht is a keeper
Bobby Brown is coming along nicely
Tutu Atwell is a legit receiver and McVay is gonna be kicking himself for not finding a role for him earlier…
Skowronek is a legit tweeter Wr:TE

You’re talking to someone that ignores any facts one way and makes up shit the other way. Good luck, kids usually have a one set mind.

I agree with your sentiment, but....
Regardeless of what happened before the last 3 minutes - the Rams offense left the field, with the Rams in the lead. What happened after that, IMO, is on the DC. That was a pathetic defense that left Brett Farve get ahead in 2 minutes..... Oh, wait...
