McVay is the best thing to ever happen to the Rams franchise. He's a top tier head coach who consistently overachieves (save for 2022 when we fielded an offensive line made up of Walmart cart pushers). I didn't have high hopes for this season especially after our slow start but there isn't a coach in the league who can rally the troops like McVay. Am I sad the way our season ended? Of course. But listen to McVay's postgame presser and tell me you don't come away feeling good about today and our future.

Loved this season! I was at the Dolphins game and was wondering, with that loss, are we for real? Yes we are!
See you guys on the threads leading up to the draft! Rams all day, every day!

I am thankful for future HOF coach Sean McVay despite what some of you say. To me a good coach makes the whole greater than the some of its parts and IMO he does that. Sadly some of you wont figure this out until he is gone. Thankful for future HOFer Matt Stafford still playing at a high level and for us. I am also thankful and excited for the young talent the scouts and Les have assembled. One more good draft and we could go all the way.

I really hope Stafford has a few more seasons in him, and I hope we find a way to keep Kupp. We also need to sign Jackson to a long-term deal.

The young defense will only get better, especially since you know this FO will not be stagnant.

We have another first round pick to address roster issues, on top of around $50 mil in cap space. I truly believe 2025 will be a very special season if we can bring the core group back for another round.

yeah they were expecting 100% to be in the Super Bowl.
Yeah, I definitely wouldn’t trade places with them right now. Both our teams lost but they shit the bed with everything set up for them while we damn near pulled it out with everything going against us. We have a lot more to be proud of today.

If i had the energy to find the All 22 - I could show you that he is open much more than you think.

The play that Stafford had the sack fumble he was open over the middle.

I've been fighting the narrative of Kupps demise for a solid month. Dude had a similar stretch of production (or lack thereof) in 2019 and followed that up with the single best season for a receiver a few years later in 2021.

Is he a $30 mil receiver? Not a chance. But he only has that cap hit due to restructuring, I believe. He is still a WR1 in this league IMO. We need to keep him and Puka together and add a legitimate third option for Stafford.

We're very fortunate to have McVay for sure!

I guess I'm in the minority, though. I had high hopes going into the season - prior to the injuries and slow start.

This team didn't overachieve my initial expectations. I expected a playoff appearance and a 1st round win. I didn't expect to be a strong SB contender though so we exited around where I originally had us going.

I expect that they will make major, all in type moves, to be a strong SB contender for Stafford's likely last or second to last year.

The conditions were brutal, Barkley was brilliant and the breaks didn’t fall our way

Proud of them. I thought this was our year and but for a white out it might well have been

I think Stafford plays at least 2 more years maybe 3. I think the window is open as long as he is here.

Like some have said I think this offense needs a stud TE to go along with Hig’s. Defense needs ILB’s. With upgrades at those 2 positions and look out.

Draft would be best for those but smart FA would work too. This off season sets them up win the next 2 SB’s (which one is at sofi?)

I'd love for him to sign a 3 year contract with the third year being a voidable year. Gives us just enough time to keep this window open while we look toward drafting someone to replace him - Arch Manning and McVay would be a match made in heaven I feel. We've been studs at drafting and developing talent, just need to keep that going while we have Stafford.

What a season, I expected more regular season wins before the injuries hit. Then just like many games this year as soon as it looked like it was over they gave us hope. Can you imagine if V8 and Fiske make comparable jumps to what Turner and BY did in year 2?
