A few learning lessons though..

Punt the ball out of bounds and make Sam go the length of the field.

Don't get conservative and try a FG. Go for the Jugular until in the end zone.

When ball is incomplete, go pick it up as habit.

Blitz the QB, same concept as going for Jugular, interception or sack likely ends it.

Shula and Mcvay are a bad combo when we have a lead.

The only team I really worry about in the playoffs is Philly. Their defensive front is just banged up right now. But their secondary is excellent. If they get healthy on the defensive line they will be a motherfucker to deal with.

Another play that could’ve changed the outcome of the game….that fucking 3rd and 16 conversion by Walker right before halftime. We were about to get the ball back with plenty of time to get a FG at minimum. Ahh man that might’ve been the single most frustrating defensive snap of the season.

They are trying to make PUKA the bad guy here!
I'm glad he's calling out the refs. Nobody does it because the players and coaches get fined. But it's time for some damn accountability. I'm tired of these jokers tilting games with bad calls. It shouldn't happen. It's not one-sided. Sometimes, we benefit from bad calls. But I'd like it out of the game.

That’s a very winnable path.

I think some of this “Stafford struggles in the elements” stuff is a little overblown. Some of his best games have come in the cold and rain. Ravens 2023, Jags 2025. He played well vs Philly in the snow. He played well tonight in rainy 40 degree weather with wind gusts.
He won't struggle in elements as long as we can run the ball. If he has to drop back consistently, because the run game isn't working, then we will struggle as most teams and QBs will.

I even watch Other team games and Get pissed over stupid ref calls.

And no wind. FUCKING KICKERS.
Forgive me. There were 15 to 16 MPH winds when he missed it.

From AI
15-16 MPH winds significantly affect field goals, reducing accuracy and forcing coaches to adjust strategies, often leading to shorter attempts or favoring the run game, with a noticeable drop in success rates, especially if it's a crosswind or gusty, though the biggest drops occur above 20 MPH winds.

Didn’t this happen to us in Seattle a few years ago with playoffs on the line?
