Scheelhaase to Offensive Coordinator makes sense, and was expected.
Seems odd (to me) that Ragone gets the added title of Co-Offensive Coordinator. Wouldn't that ALSO make Scheelhaase a Co-Offensive Coordinator? Isn't THAT what the word "Co" means ... mutual, common, joint.
I would have expected Ragone to perhaps have the title Pass Game Coordinator added to his QB-coach title.
Is there another example (in the NFL) of an offensive (or defensive) coordinator ... PLUS ... a Co-coordinator?

Still ridiculous that we are going through this charade. It's 2026. People get jobs on merit and there is no racism.
I don't think he meant that in his statement.
I think he is seeing Nate definitely getting a coaching job next year with his promotion to OC and we getting two thirds as compensation.
Before accusing someone of inappropriate comments, please ask him about it.

I did not say his comments were inappropriate at all. I don't know how you deciphered that. My comments were commentary on the NFL's practice of minority hirings. Maybe before accusing someone of inappropriate comments you should please ask about it first.
I'm confused. Is your criticism with the comment I made or the system? Because I'm just commenting on how he's guaranteed to be poached next year lol.

Is that like a coordinator with a stuttering problem?
Anyone know anything about this co-coordinator? It seems Mcvay gave him this position because he didn't want to lose him. Maybe this is an eye wink, "you'll be next" type of hire.
