I think it's a great trade for the Seahawks. Wilson is making the turn on to the back nine and they get a ton in return. In Denver's defense, they think they will be giving up late round picks like we did, operative word here is think.

The path to the SB is much better in the NFC. But I would get a good laugh if Von went back and they missed the playoffs because the AFC is stacked.
Again it could just be that he is comfortable there. He is a Bronco legend and at least he could be going back to a very competitive team. That is probably enough for him to do that. No ill will towards him... I would get it and thank him for what he did here.

Just glad we cashed in with a SB after giving up those picks.

Great way to look at it and completely understandable.

I haven't been concerned about playing RW for a good while now.

I am not feeling the worth with this Capital for him.

I think it was easy to see we were a QB away for a legitimate shot for the Championship.

This is going to be very interesting to see play out.

Von is going to go where he feels the most wanted.

Denver still going to be a wild card team at best. The green midget transformed himself to the orange midget to try to get away f4om big bad Aaron Donald and we=play them this year.

The Chargers are barely an above .500 team and the Raiders are a bit overhyped. Their defense is awful. Broncos already have a decent defense have now a QB upgrade. They got some good players on O. Javonte, Courtland, Jerry Juedy. They can finish fight for the division title. 2021 showed the Chiefs aren't some invincible team.

They will go hard after the Bama or Ohio State QB next yr... or any other top guy who rises up the draft boards.

Gotta hope they don't completely tank and two or three teams a head of them on next yrs draft needs a QB badly. Would hate to see them with a young franchise QB next yr.
I don't know where Corral is going but I'd move up for him if necessary. He's a tough, competitive SOB at QB. Dude is a stud.

Another smart direction for them. Lockett has some value so get him moved for a pick and commence a line rebuild. That's what I'd be doing if I'm that GM. I'd load that DL up to eat the Rams and SF OL's and fix the interior of the OL to hold up to AD and the rest of this division's defensive fronts.

Agree
Call me crazy, but Wilson’s best days are way past now. Seattle made out like bandits in this trade. They can thank the Rams and the Stafford trade.
I hope petey keeps making the picks and wastes them like he has the past several years.

Connection is he can go play for his home team who now are contenders. It's not hard to figure out. Can't look at this through a Rams fan's eyes.

I get that he loved Denver, but that is one hell of a gamble on Denvers part to trade Von and hope that he re-signs as a FA.

I don't think they planned it, but it could work out that way just based on this trade.

Well I guess if Von won't stay after he won a Super Bowl with us, at least his true love Broncos will take midget with him.

They probably have to worry about paying Wilson first. No way this deal went down without agreement of a new deal. Expect Russ to be in the high 40's shortly in 3,2,1

It's reported Rodgers's cap hit will be less this year. Expect similar for Wilson or not much higher this year.
