One of the great 4 from that infield is gone. Sad
He could steal a base, too. That's for sure. Always got overshadowed by Joe Morgan at second, but he was our lead-off man! And could turn-two with Russell smooth as silk. Go with God, sir.

One of my favorite Dodgers of all time and part of the greatest infield to ever set cleats on the diamond. RIP Davey Lopes. You are a true legend.
That 1981 Dodgers team was awesome. Fernando, Lopes, Cey, Garvey, Scoscia... fun group.
RIP Davey. You brought us fans a lot of excitement.

I was thinking Don Sutton, as he was a teammate. But Drysdale too!
I forgot Don Sutton died in 2021.
Don Drysdale was an announcer during the 70s so that was why I put him in there as well and thought he was the only Don that had died to this point.
