One of the great 4 from that infield is gone. Sad

He could steal a base, too. That's for sure. Always got overshadowed by Joe Morgan at second, but he was our lead-off man! And could turn-two with Russell smooth as silk. Go with God, sir. :cry:

One of my favorite Dodgers of all time and part of the greatest infield to ever set cleats on the diamond. RIP Davey Lopes. You are a true legend.
 
That 1981 Dodgers team was awesome. Fernando, Lopes, Cey, Garvey, Scoscia... fun group.
