That's actually a good point. I'm not sure if they even gave us that option...

That 2nd timeout you see a lot. A long pass play, they spot the ball clock starts, by the time everyone gets down there and play call is made your running out of time. Instead of rushing a play take the TO.

I do think Goff looks much improved - more poised, looking downfield more, feeling the rush better. He will make young qb mistakes, to be expected. It would help if we could run the ball, which we can't.

Defense is overhyped. Going to need some upgrades at LB, DE, and S to be an elite D. Not that that can't be done.

If Goff continues to grow and the rookie receivers keep looking good, that's a lot to build on. That might be enough to expect this year, considering where we came from after last year.

I thought Everett was closer to the end zone than where they spotted the ball. But then the Rams always get screwed with spots. Last year they had a video review to see if Britt crossed the goal line or not for a TD. They determined he didn't. It must have been centimeters shy. But yet, somehow, they went on to spot the ball 2 yards out... and of course Fisher was asleep at the switch and didn't notice / said nothing.

OK...the 'Skins have shown enough where the defense should have a clue. They need a "3 and out" now or a BIGTIME TO...and it's a NEW DAY!
