I thought he was good last game, really liked his separation on a few of those routes. Now we're going to play SF on Thursday night and we might not have Robinson due to that shoulder injury. Can he step up and provide what the offense needs. We'll see.
Take away the middle of the field. That’s how teams have defeated the Niners.

I think we're going to see the defense step up. Shula looked very annoyed with the D yesterday.
I would be too knowing not one of our DBs could cover (except Hinchens on that long ball Williams again got burnt on).

Must win game for us. Have to win all remaining division games. Good game to activate J Johnson. Secondary is not playing well. We may need another 40 plus from the Offense.

Eh the 9ers are not the bills on offense. 24+ beats the 9ers.

While I agree with your first line, I’m not convinced our secondary can limit anyone to under 24 points after Sunday.

Yes, the refs helped Buffalo a lot, but they’re going to do the same for their golden boys from San Fran, too. Be prepared for loads more egregious flags against us.

Totally get it. Our secondary played terrible. However the bills passing game is one of the best in the NFL. The 9ers don't have that at the moment. One they don't have josh Allen slinging the ball. And the 9ers oline is injured and a shell of it's former self. So purdy isn't gonna have the time to throw like Allen did and he's not the runner Allen is. Yeah purdy is a decent scrambler but he's not "that guy".
No doubt, the 9ers will make it tough to win however I expect the rams to pull ahead in the second half like better teams should do.
My bigger concern is the 9ers pound the ball. And then use the play action against our bad secondary. If they get into a rhythm it's going to be hard to stop them especially on a short week.

Good news is we know the 9ers extremely well and the rams usually play well on short weeks.

You know, Higbee has been full practice lately and he was held out this last game. He might been waiting for this game, as Shannahan might be doing to. I’m really just worried of Bosa.

One of our tackles goes down he’s going to look twice as good as Deacon Jones again.
I hear what your saying about Bosa...however, for the record no human will ever 2x the "secretary of defense"!

I didn't see any stats for Bosa on the box score against the Bears. Did he play that game? And will he play Thursday if not?

Bosa did not play on Sunday (neither did Trent Williams). No announcement (yet) for Thursday.

It has been said that teams take on the personality of their HC. McVay is a guy who puts a great deal of emphasis on facing adversity and responding to a challenge. I think it’s safe to say his Rams have responded in that way many times over the years.

Unfortunately (IMO) I don’t think McVay is a HC who preaches hard enough about capitalizing on the opponents mistakes in game…or taking advantage of inferior opponents in preparation.

I feel like his teams come up big when the chips are down, yet tend to fall flat when a big opportunity presents itself.

His team controls its own destiny to get in now.

This isn’t the mighty Niners anymore. Shanny can put his nextdoor neighbors kid in there at RB and prob get 5 yds/carry.

McVay’s team is healthy and rolling on offense. I absolutely believe a loss would be yet another one step forward, two steps back stamp on this season.

I’m concerned over this game. Change my mind.

The 49'er's are always a tough game for us. If Williams and Bosa are out, I'll feel more confident.
We just need to play a strong game on offense like we did against Buffalo. Plus, we don't have to worry about any QB running like Allen just did on us. But we do need the DB's to stop giving up ridiculous big plays.

I don't care about injuries or anything like that. Just sweep those fuckers please. I don't care how they do it.
Fuck the niners.

Did their proven model show the Bills beating the rams?
