Our next to games are primetime games. Three weeks we get our last 10am game of the year in Miami. We also go east to Tampa for a MNF game IIRC.
Yeah, I meant we had two weeks where we didn't have to go east for an early game. Should have been clearer. Bitch of a first half travel schedule.

For me, that’s an ouch. Late games.

But the team exposure will be good.
Yeah primetime games are always rough to watch anything can and seems to happen. But I'd prefer them over 10am games being selfish :D

There is basically no time zone travel for the Rams after week 11.

Yeah we have a great end to the season schedule wise. It feels bad now but I'd rather get all of this crap traveling done in the beginning.

I hope Obo is ok but I'm guessing by the look of it I'm not going to hold my breath. Broken wrist or forearm would be my guess but who knows. Hopefully just a bad sprain or something though and he can be back by end of season. He was just starting to really look comfortable out there.
Yeah its frustrating to get guys back and integrated while other guys are getting injured. I want a FULL strength defense!

I don't want to start a new thread but I do want to talk about how Rams have been using Ramsey more in the slot.

There were multiple times during this game that he was lined up in the slot with John Johnson behind him.

It looked like they may be using him in some kind of Joker type mode.

He and Johnson would be communicating right up until the snap. Sometimes Ramsey would blitz, sometimes play man, sometimes drop into a zone, he played a qb spy role once (at least).

I know Ramsey is very versatile and that Johnson is calling the defense.

Yes it's one of the things Staley talks about a lot. I know most don't have a subscription to The Athletic, btw I think it's $1 a month right now if you sign up, but it's something that he tells Jourdan almost every week. Hill and Williams will play outside and Ramsey will be in the slot a lot going forward so get used to seeing it. Especially against teams where the top threat does most their work out of the slot or a TE.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. No wonder why Ramsey stated that this defense was exciting; now we've seen what it can do, and what Staley, O"Connell and McVay can do.

That's something Ramsey keeps talking about too, this defense is allowing him to do things he's always wanted to and he loves Staley and McVay for that. I'm sure we'd all like less penalties that he's going to get fined for but I have a hard time getting upset with a play like today, that should have been offsetting since the offensive player can't lower his head either but oh well.

That was flat-out not a penalty. Allen was a runner and he was expecting contact instead of sliding. I admit, I hate to see players get injured, but Allen doing his best Michael Vick impression was not smart of him.
